Oral-B celebrates Father’s Day – Publicis Kaplan Thaler

Publicis Kaplan Thaler Debuts New Creative for Oral-B that Celebrates Father’s Day with a Touching Video Salute to Dads Everywhere

On Monday, June 3, Publicis Kaplan Thaler launched a new effort for P&G’s Oral-B that honors dads everywhere this Father’s Day. From teaching their children to ride a bike, to applauding them on graduation day, to walking them down the aisle, dads have been there – with smiles that symbolize love, encouragement, strength, and pure joy. This year, Oral-B is making sure all dads feel celebrated with a special video salute at PowerofDad.com.

To ensure this Father’s Day is one to remember, the new creative for Oral-B is moving dads out from behind the scenes, and showcasing their smiles in front of the camera with a touching tribute video created by Publicis Kaplan Thaler. The video draws from powerful, real-life footage of paternal moments and can be viewed at PowerofDad.com. At the end of the video, a $7 coupon for any Oral-B electric toothbrush purchase is offered, promoting the products as Father’s Days gifts. The effort also invites people to join the conversation on Twitter using the hastag, #powerofdad.

In honor of this Father’s Day initiative, Oral-B is also making a $25,000 donation to March of Dimes, the leading nonprofit organization for pregnancy and baby health, dedicated to helping babies get a healthy start in life. Additionally, celebrity dad Nick Cannon is also lending a familiar face to the partnership, speaking with new dads at an upcoming event in Los Angeles.
