Anne Vaucheret has been named Vice President – Chief Human Resources Officer of Publicis Worldwide, the flagship advertising network of Publicis Groupe. She also joins the Publicis Worldwide Executive Committee.
Ms. Vaucheret has been Publicis Groupe’s Vice President in charge of Compensation and Benefits since October 2007. In this capacity, she has been responsible for developing the Groupe’s pay and benefit policies.
After completing her Master’s degree in Management at Reims Management School (l’Ecole Supérieur de Commerce de Reims), Anne Vaucheret started her career as a consultant at Hay Management, where she rose to become the head of the compensation division, managing compensation surveys and consulting teams. In 1992 she created her own company, Horatio Conseil. In 1993 she was recruited by the French energy company Total, where she held a number of different positions in compensation and benefits, as well as in human resources management. She joined the French insurance group Groupama as Director of Human Resources Development in 2003, and then moved to Plastic Omnium in 2005 as Human Resource Development Director for the automotive sector and the group.
Ms. Vaucheret has also participated in the publication of three books under the responsibility of Prof. Jean-Marie Peretti, a French researcher in the field of human resources management.
